Is there a free trial available?
No. Even better we have a Free plan which offers a generous monthly allowance. And when ready, feel free to upgrade to a plan that suits your needs.

Can I change my plan later?
Definitely, at any point, you can log into your account and upgrade your plan. You will be billed the difference in the amount and you should be able to use the app for a higher number of events and benefits for that respective plan.

Can other info be added to an invoice?
Yes, you can head to the billing section and add custom information including VAT/GST no. Each month invoices are automatically sent to your billing email address.

How does billing work?
Billing works just the same way as in any other subscription app, you opt for a plan and then pay monthly or yearly, or you can cancel it at any point if you wish to pause your subscription.

How do I change my account email?
Yes, you can change your account email at the Profile settings by logging into your account.

What is your cancellation policy?
Stalkfish for access on monthly or yearly plans. Stalkfish does not currently offer refunds, either partial or in full. If you need to try Stalkfish we have a generous free plan without any feature lock-in.
